1. Introduction

Welcome to Cyberaffe! By using this bot, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions (T&C). Cyberaffe is designed to assist with server moderation by providing automated tools, including logging, to enhance community management.

2. User Eligibility

- Users must be at least 13 years old, following Discord’s official policies.

- Admins configuring Cyberaffe must comply with Discord’s developer and bot guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use

• Users must not use Cyberaffe for harassment, spam, or abuse.
• Cyberaffe cannot be used for illegal activities, such as phishing or unauthorized data collection.
• Attempts to exploit or reverse-engineer the bot’s functionality are strictly prohibited.
• Users must follow Discord’s Terms of Service while interacting with Cyberaffe.

4. Features & Commands

Cyberaffe provides automated moderation features, including but not limited to:

• User management (kick, ban, mute).
• Spam detection and filtering.
• Server statistics tracking.
• Automated reminders and rule enforcement.
• Moderation logging (e.g., kicks, bans, message deletions) for transparency and accountability.

Some features may require admin permissions, and users should configure settings responsibly.

5. Liability Disclaimer

- Cyberaffe is provided “as is.” The developers are not liable for misuse or disruptions caused by its moderation or logging features.

- Cyberaffe does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, and service changes may occur.

6. Privacy Policy Summary

- Cyberaffe logs moderation-related data including Discord usernames and account IDs.

- This data is stored server-side and is used only for moderation and server management.

- No sensitive personal data (like passwords or IP addresses) is collected or stored.

- Users can contact server admins to request access to or removal of log data, if technically feasible.

- The Cyberaffe team may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot indicates acceptance of the latest version.

- Bot functionality may change, be discontinued, or be removed from a server if violations occur.

Cyberaffe Bot - Privacy Policy

• Discord usernames
• Discord user ID numbers

• Timestamps and action metadata (e.g., kick, ban, mute, message deletion)

All collected data is stored server-side and is only accessible to authorized server administrators.

Cyberaffe does not store sensitive personal data (e.g., passwords, IP addresses) and takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of stored logs.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Cyberaffe does not share user data with third parties unless required by law or by Discord for trust and safety purposes.

4. User Rights & Data Removal
