StreamNeck is a privately developed Discord bot created by Bradley Oliver Beaumont. It is intended for personal use and is not distributed publicly. All code, branding, and associated assets are owned by the developer.

2. Twitch API Compliance

StreamNeck uses Twitch’s public API to fetch stream data. It complies with Twitch’s Developer Agreement and Terms of Service. No unauthorized data scraping or manipulation is performed.

3. Discord Bot Guidelines

StreamNeck operates within Discord’s Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. It does not collect or store sensitive user data and is used only in servers where the developer has administrative control.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

• StreamNeck may temporarily process Twitch usernames, stream titles, and public metadata for display purposes.
• No personal data (e.g., passwords, IP addresses) is collected or stored.
• All data is handled locally and is not shared with third parties.

5. Liability Disclaimer

StreamNeck is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for any disruptions, API changes, or unintended behavior resulting from Twitch or Discord platform updates.

Since StreamNeck is used privately, no user data is stored beyond runtime. If logs or metadata are retained for debugging, they are accessible only to the developer and can be deleted upon request.
